I really like Wes Anderson films – His films have a take on life that is ironic, innocent & humorous which is the out-look that I tend to have on life. I’ve been a fan since Rushmore and am exited about his newest film coming out, The Dajeerling Limited.

I will write a little blurb about why I am taking time to post about things like this coming up. But for now, I’m just saying – “Hey this is a cool looking film – I think I’m going to see it!”- BP

The crater has been spewing fetid gases, reports say

Hundreds of people in Peru have needed treatment after an object from space – said to be a meteorite – plummeted to Earth in a remote area, officials say.
They say the object left a deep crater after crashing down over the weekend near the town of Carancas in the Andes.

People who visited the scene have been complaining of headaches, vomiting and nausea after inhaling gases.
But some experts have questioned whether it was a meteorite or some other object that landed in Carancas.

I purchase music on the Russian Music Site mp3stor.com using the new SMS payment feature for cell phones. It’s becoming more convenient to enter your cell phone number than a credit card number for online purchases. Is it more or less secure?
Putting charges on your cell phone bill seems a bit nebulous. Though, now we are using our cell phone to purchase music, a la the new ipod touch and iphone, as well as other media offered through other carriers.

New Sigur Ros Album + documentary

Not sure if some of you are aware or have heard, but Sigur Ros is coming out with a new album called: Heima, meaning “we’re home” in Icelandic. I’ve been following Sigur Ros since 2000 when I came across their album Ágætis byrjun. I took notice because at the time, I was so sick of guitar bands [still am] . Their music though containing guitars , was soo radically different from anything using those instruments [and many more] that i had heard before. I had since seen them perform at least four times over the years in different US cities, with the release of each new album.

I’d like to head out and see them once more for their new release. Each concert was worth it and a much antisipated event for me and my phrends.
